TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF LESSONS:

Please contact me directly by e-mail, text, or phone and let me know you child can not make it to the days lesson the night before so a make up lesson can be arranged & the lessons content music can be put aside for your child.
If a student cannot carry on into the next term please contact me before the start of the next term.
It will assumed that the student will be continuing with lessons into the next term, payment will be expected
Lessons are on the same day same time every week unless a public holiday.
There is a minimum class size.
Later in the year classes maybe joined together if the next terms class does not have the numbers
- Your child is responsible for remembering to come to their lesson on time. If they don't show up on time, we will try to find them if possible
- Fees are charged per term and invoices are sent via email in the school holidays before the start of the coming term.
- Fees need to be paid within two weeks of receiving your invoice.
- Payment via direct credit is preferred but cash and cheques are fine
- I require 4 weeks' notice to cancel lessons
MISSED LESSONS
I do not give credits or refunds for missed lessons.
If you let me know that your child will be absent the day before their lesson or earlier, I will either reschedule or give them a catch-up lesson.
If you let me know of their absence on the day of their lesson, or if you don’t tell me that they will be away, no catch lesson will be provided.
I do not provide catch-up lessons for truancy or for personal trips/holidays taken during school time.
I do not provide catch-up lessons for missed catch-up lessons.
If there are extenuating circumstances such as sudden illness or injury on the day of their lesson, please tell me as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to provide a catch-up lesson for them.
